Embodied Vitality Method
Levels I & II
Created by Lauren Christian, the Embodied Vitality Method is a framework for teaching and sequencing mindful breathwork, postures and flows that connect people to their innate power.
This five-month training gives you the foundation necessary to be an impactful, authentic and skillful yoga teacher. You will learn how to effectively sequence and teach a group class in the Embodied Vitality Method.
What you learn by being a student of Embodied Vitality will equip you to thrive as a teacher in any style of yoga and mindful movement - including what you create on your own.

EVM ~ LEVEL 1
(200HR RYT Equivalent)
Learning objectives:
Gain an applied understanding of Patanjali’s 8-Fold Path to Liberation
Establish an authentic daily yoga practice that supports balance, restoration & growth
Nurture a beginner’s mindset and a heart of service
Practice, apply and effectively teach the 8-Limbs & 5 tenets of practice in Yoga Postures (Asana) and Yoga Classes
Learn how to teach and hold space for a clearing, balancing and energizing group Yoga class.
Program requirements:
Full participation in 5 weekend immersions
3 classes per week for the duration of the program
Yoga Sutra Study (online)
Successfully complete final exam
Successfully complete group project
Attend at least one elective workshop or training through Five Peaks Yoga

EVM ~ LEVEL II

Learning objectives:
Expand historical context and application of Yogic Traditions & Techniques
Expand & refine your applied understanding of Patanjali’s 8-Fold Path to Liberation
Uncover your authentic voice in teaching, expand & refine your presence & skill in teaching group classes
Expand & refine your authentic yoga practice to restore, balance & grow in all aspects of well-being (relationships, physical health, career & finances, community & service).
Explore different applications of yoga and healing modalities; develop specialization of practice and learn to effectively price, market and render services with measurable improvements in client well-being
Learn how to develop, market & deliver private yoga classes, workshops, training certifications & retreats
Disrupt current models of operation for greater impact in the community & global community
Program requirements:
Full participation in 5 weekend immersions, 3 Elective Certification Weekends & 2 (min) workshops
4 classes per week for the duration of the program
Yoga Sutra Study, Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. in Lansdowne
1x per month mentorship with Lauren Christian
Successfully complete final exam
Successfully complete individual service project
