As summer begins to wind down, Michelle is offering a restorative sound bath experience at a beautiful country location.

Join Michelle on location at the peaceful Hope Flower Farm for a restorative experience to guide you towards relaxation, clearing, and rejuvenation of body and mind. Michelle uses a variety of sounds from Alchemy and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, and more to lull you into a dreamy and meditative state so you can release stagnant energy and emerge refreshed and renewed.

Join Handstand Coach, Kyle Weiger, for a weekend of playtime and exploration of inverted positions on your hands! 

This training is an all-levels weekend series designed for beginners who are still on the wall and want to finally hit their freestanding balance...or freestanding students who want to add more to their current Handstand skills. 

Friday evening session is focused on shape play for freestanding students. Saturday and Sunday sessions are catered to all-levels.
